(iii) Removal without further review if no credible fear of persecution
(I) In general
Subject to subclause (III), if the officer determines that an alien does not have a credible fear of persecution, the officer shall order the alien removed from the United States without further hearing or review.
Due process is granted to all people citizens and non-citizens. This is the due process they are given. This law was upheld by the Supreme court in 2020.

Illegal immigrants could self deport themselves on our dime and be given $1000 upon proof of landing. They could avoid ICE detention, lessen the burden on their families watching them be arrested and taken to a detention center, and gain $1000. Instead they choose to be selfish putting their families and the American taxpayers through costly and traumatic immigration enforcement.
